Irene graduated from Los Angeles City College. She was President of a service sorority in college and of Van Nuys Jaycee Wives.
Moving to Simi Valley in 1973, Irene obtained her Real Estate license in 1979 and her Brokers license in 1982. Irene served on most local association committees before becoming president in 1988. She received the president’s award in 1986 for outstanding service on the board and the community. In 1988, Irene received the Honor of Realtor of the Year.
Irene’s community services include being a former member of neighborhood council 3, Realtors Have A Heart, Christmas Care and Share Cantree, Taskmasters, and Co-Chairman of a School Bond Measure. She has donated 13 computers to the SVUSD as part of the Adopt A School Computer Program and is a Rolling Read for 1st and 2nd graders for a local school.
Since beginning her Real Estate adventure in 1979, Irene worked for Gallery of home for 3 ½ years, Suburban Realty for 1 year, Better Home and Gardens for 10 years, and Troop Real Estate Inc., since August of 1993. She has also worked as an Assistant Manager at Troop Real Estate for one year doing training. Irene is consistently recognized for high production throughout her Real Estate career.
